Our Mining Group has been involved in the construction of this gold mine since September 2008. Initially, we provided sourcing and route survey support to the EPCM engineering client as they reviewed sourcing options for procurement and safe delivery to the site. Our staff also consulted on customs compliance and documentation. Upon award of the overall logistics contract via global tender, we put together a dedicated internal project team to work closely with the client and suppliers to coordinate delivery of all global purchase orders. The team provides detailed status reporting on all purchase order line items, arranges all transport and ensures preparation of correct documentation for shipping and customs. They act as an extension of the client's logistics department to proactively coordinate all shipping issues. For example, beginning with part charters from Spain to Tampico, Mexico, the team arranges final transport to site, including surveys and vessel load and discharge attendance. A large percentage of tasks require special attention for seamless handling over the U.S.A./Mexico border. To date, we have handled $218 million in purchase order values. Due to the ongoing success with this project, we received the $100 million expansion contract for the new crushing circuit and liner resupply.
